Each Project launching on AttentionPad provides its own documentation (“Sale Documentation”), such as:

AttentionPad does not guarantee or verify the accuracy of Project Documentation. You must review it carefully before contributing funds.
User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
- complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- passing KYC verification
- safeguarding your wallet and private keys
- evaluating Project risks independently
- understanding smart-contract interactions
- reviewing all relevant documents before participating
Prohibited Jurisdictions
Users from the following are not permitted to use the Platform or participate in Token Sales:
- United States
- Canada
- FATF high-risk and sanctioned jurisdictions
Attempting to bypass restrictions (VPN, false documents, intermediaries) is prohibited.
Not Investment Advice
Nothing on the Platform is:
- financial advice
- investment advice
- legal or tax advice
- a recommendation to buy tokens
